Our very cool client is the global leader in Partnership Automation, working with innovative brands like Ticketmaster, Levi’s, Microsoft, Airbnb, and Uber to help them manage their online affiliate, influencer, brand to brand, and content partnerships. 

Your Role at Impact

As Technical Solutions Engineer, you will be expected to be an expert on all our supported products, understand them in-depth, and take ownership of technical issues raised by customers, as well as by internal teams.

You will assist with implementing and maintaining integrations for our clients, continuously research and resolve complex technical issues with the integrations and monitor the health of the product by using different diagnostic and analysis tools.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop and implement solutions, integrations, and enhancements for our products.

  • Support client's marketing and technical teams throughout the integration process.

  • Help clients optimize performance and overcome integration challenges.

  • Investigate complex technical issues, identify potential causes and provide recommendations for solutions.

  • Working across the company with internal tech and business organizations.

  • Continuously review, monitor, improve and issue reports on product performance.

  • Help customers worldwide from on-boarding phase to long term support.

  • Perform in-depth troubleshooting including database analysis to identify and solve complex integration issues.

  • Resolve complex technical issues and work with the Engineering and Product teams for escalation and remediation.

  • Solve issues and complete projects within desired SLA while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

  • Adapt and innovate in order to constantly improve the customer experience.

  • Write documentation for knowledge base, create examples and how-to documents, on a regular basis.

  • Issue Report on the overall health of the product to the PSM and management team.

What You Have

  • Proven experience with internet technologies including: JS, HTML, CSS and SQL.

  • High data analysis and troubleshooting capabilities.

  • Understanding of APIs and how to interact with them.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.

  • In-depth understanding of SaaS platforms and digital marketing solutions.

  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to a non-technical audience.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

  • 3 or more years working in a tech-focused role at a digital marketing or technology company. Familiarity with the affiliate and/or digital marketing industry preferred.

Work and Team Environment

  • Flexible remote working policy - this is a full-time office based position; however, the sales team works together from the Central London office (near the Tottenham Ct Rd tube) on Wednesdays and Thursdays. The other three days can be remote, on site with clients, or in the office - wherever you work best!
