We're hiring a Head of Product & BizOps for a growing, mission-driven tech company serving the US nonprofit sector.

This is one of the most senior roles in the company, with reach across every team. Your main focus will be leading product decisions and driving AI-native services development. You will also lead BizOps work across the company, closely connecting our products and services with the way they are sold and delivered to clients.

You'll report directly to the CEO and sit on the leadership team.

With our AI-native shift, we're growing our services offering alongside our customer-facing product. More of what clients buy is an outcome delivered by agents, people, and our platform working together, not just software they log into. A feature, a workflow, and a client advisory service are all designed and built with the same approach.

You'll partner closely with the Head of Engineering and work across every department. We're looking for someone who can set strategy, bring new ideas, and execute at high velocity, both hands-on using AI tools and alongside our engineering team.

What You'll Own:

Product Strategy and Management

Define and own the product and AI-driven services strategy.
Build and maintain the product roadmap and backlog.
Lead the launch of new products and AI-driven services.
Set success KPIs for each product, then measure, report, and iterate.
Write specifications for engineers, including building UX prototypes with AI.
Design product experiences for users and AI agents.

AI-Native Operations

Design how agents, people, and tools work together to deliver services and run the company.
Own and improve AI-driven Sales Ops, Finance Ops, and Marketing Ops alongside department leads.
Own the internal AI tool stack: what we pay for, who uses it, and what it replaces.
Measure whether what we build gets used and saves time.

Research

Talk to clients regularly, especially about new products and services we're considering.
Track competitors, including their product releases and pricing changes.
Size and research new segments and verticals.

Who You Are

You Have:

5+ years of experience across Product, BizOps, or RevOps, including time leading product at a B2B SaaS or fintech company.
A strong operational track record.
Experience owning product strategy from definition through execution.
Hands-on experience building with AI tools, including prototypes, automations, and agents.
A systems mindset: you can map out who does what, what an agent does, and where handoffs break.
Experience launching products and driving successful adoption.
Native or near-native English.
