Technical Project Manager

Our awesome client is developing innovative and cutting-edge sport and neuroscience technologies.

They are located in Tel Aviv, Israel, and are seeking a Development & Project Lead with expertise in two key areas:

Technical Leadership Skills:

• Lead and inspire tech development teams to achieve project goals.

• Oversee technical development in various technologies, including Unity (system and graphics), web (React, Node.js, databases, security), data science, Python, and DevOps.

• Possess a strong background in at least one of the mentioned technologies.

• Develop and implement efficient processes and pipelines

• Experience in management and development of scrum methodology

• Identify and manage external resources, including freelancers, software development agencies, and usage of Generative AI tools.

• Bring a creative, startup mindset to find innovative solutions to various challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a cross-functional tech development team.

• Drive technical development projects from conception to delivery.

• Implement and improve development processes for efficiency and quality.

• Manage external resources, including freelancers and software development agencies.

• Collaborate with other departments to align technical development with overall company goals.

• Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in working with  tech development teams 

• Strong technical background in at least one of the mentioned technologies.

• Proficient in project management methodologies (Scrum, Agile).

• Excellent communication skills in English.

Advantages:
