Technical Customer Success Manager


Tel Aviv/hybrid

Our client is a super cool SaaS company, providing retailers with a platform that enables them to maximize monetization opportunities in their online store or marketplace.

They are looking for an energetic and motivated Technical CSM at their Tel Aviv office.

What will you be doing?

  • Help onboard, train, and develop our customers to ensure they succeed

  • Work with the customer success team to build out new processes

  • Understand the product inside and out and articulate our value proposition clearly

  • Work with single and multi-location eCommerce sites to help them achieve their goals

  • Retain existing clients while getting upsells and referrals

  • Develop strong relationships with key accounts

  • Help the product and tech team improve the platform based on client feedback

  • Own overall relationships with assigned clients and ensure retention and satisfaction of all assigned clients

  • Eager to be an impactful member of a fast-growing team and company


  • 2+ years of experience in support or Customer Success, B2B SAAS (eCommerce/advertising an advantage)

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail and willingness to take DEEP troubleshooting dives to try to resolve problems on your own, learning along the way.

  • Experience with SQL, Redash, Postman

  • Good understanding of people and interactions, Identifying what’s more important, and separating the wheat from the chaff

  • Service orientated – the ability to provide a “WOW” service

  • Capacity to negotiate and cut through rejection to achieve goals

  • Demonstrated ability to increase customer satisfaction & growth

  • Entrepreneurial or startup experience


  • Experience working with US, APAC, or EMEA clients

  • Additional languages (German, Spanish, Dutch)

  • A strong technical understanding

  • Experience in online advertising and AdTech would also be appreciated
