Technical Account Manager

They support the world’s largest vehicle fleet operators and transportation providers to optimize existing operations and seamlessly launch new, dynamic business models - driving efficient operations and maximizing utilization.
We’re looking for a technical account manager to join their business team and lead complex and strategic processes with our partners around the world.
In your day-to-day, you will advise and guide our customers on best implementation practices, create data-driven insights, lead the submission of solution proposals for new business opportunities, develop case studies and content based on research and live implementations around the world, drive go-to-market strategy for penetration of new verticals, and manage multi-disciplinary projects including business, product, and development teams.
You'll specifically work closely with development teams from our customers and partners to manage the ongoing relationship with them, recommend implementation strategies, and ensure excellence in the technical integration between the company and external systems.
Requirements
Significant experience leading technical implementation, on-going account management in client-facing environments. Advantage for specific background working with development teams on the customer side.

High technical aptitude and curiosity: you don’t need to write the code, but you need to know and understand how things work.
Internally-motivated self-starter with ability to plan, organize, and establish priorities to take ownership of business processes and produce results
Degree-level education in quantitative/ business field, MBAs encouraged
Master at presenting data and telling stories with data
Fantastic spoken and written English
Advantage: Experience working with multinational corporations, additional advantage for experience with automotive/ transportation/ mobility companies
