Our client, which has one of the fastest-growing platforms for live video content creators, is looking for a full-time Customer Support Representative with specific expertise in the live streaming ecosystem to join our team.


The position is a full-time remote position and requires residence in Israel.


We are looking for a Customer Support Representative with a passion for gaming and content creators with several years of experience in the industry. They should also embrace the agile, success-driven culture we nurture as a company. Individuals who are excellent communicators and service-oriented team members thrive with us. Responsibilities:

  • Provide prompt and professional technical support for StreamElements tools through various channels (Discord, Zendesk, Twitter, etc. )

  • Assist content creator of all sizes and countries

  • Create and improve existing “self-help” repositories

  • Take support-ownership of a specific feature, become its advocate and create internal and external guides for it


REQUIREMENTS

Obligatory:

  • Experience in technical support oriented positions, focusing on customer service

  • Excellent English (spoken and written)

  • Experience with the twitch.tv ecosystem and streaming software

  • Highly technical, able to solve problems and think outside the box

  • Excellent communicator, with the ability to adapt/respond to different types of people

  • Ability to self-manage, multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively


Added value:

  • HTML / CSS / JS knowledge

  • Streamer / moderator on twitch.tv

  • Experience with StreamElements tools

  • Additional language(s) such as German, Russian, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, Korean, Chinese, Japanese, Thai
