Tech Support Engineer

We are looking for a talented Tech Support Engineer to join our great client's team! They are a fast-growing high-tech startup in Tel Aviv that is enabling enterprises to gather, analyze and extract business-related data on the web through our global residential IP network without getting misled or blocked.


In this role you will:

  • Provide tier 1 and 2 tech support for customers and partners around the world.

  • Troubleshooting issues via ticket systems, Skype, and email in proficient English.

  • Working with our customers daily

  • Working with interdisciplinary R&D teams to resolve technical issues

  • Identify root causes, proposing test cases and solutions.

  • Provide timely information to customer-facing teams to improve overall customer satisfaction.

  • Train customers on our solutions and products.

  • Help build and retain the technical support knowledge base and training materials.


You should have:

  • Up to 2 years’ experience in technical support.

  • Experience in Linux servers (commands and scripting such as bash or python)

  • Experience in writing SQL queries to analyze data is a big advantage

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Decent understanding of business and customer service
