They provide a one-of-a-kind platform for customer engagement over popular Instant Messaging channels (WhatsApp, WeChat, FB Messager, etc), and have some amazing customers like Volkswagen, Subaru, Telefonica, and Santander Bank.
They are growing rapidly, and looking for an experienced, creative, and highly motivated Product & UI/UX Designer to join their team!
As a Product & UI/UX Designer, you will be leading the evolvement of our solutions and be responsible for delivering the best user experience and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

What you will be doing?
Work throughout the design life cycle from research and ideation through development and deployment.
Optimize existing user interface designs
Learn and deeply understand business processes and customers’ needs.
Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions
Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements
Create prototypes for new product ideas
Test new ideas before implementing
Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of experience as a product manager, UI/UX Designer, or similar role
UI design portfolio
Bachelor’s degree in design, art direction, or relevant field
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to discuss and explain design options
Detail-oriented
Critical thinker
Problem solver and customer-centered
Nice to have:
Proficient in computer programming software such as (HTML, CSS, and JavaScript)
Knowledge of Adobe range of products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat, and Dreamweaver
