Senior Performance Campaign Manager

Responsibilities:
Own day-to-day communications with performance clients to ensure successful campaign deployments with legendary service.
Assist Sales in the campaign planning and contract processes
Help drive renewals by leveraging data to offer strategic campaign insights and recommendations to clients
Create impact by managing internal processes to eliminate bottlenecks and increase efficiency, accuracy, and overall campaign quality
Act as the central cross-functional liaison amongst internal teams (Brand Success, Creator Success, R&D, BI, and Design) with a focus on managing workflow and being able to socialize, absorb, organize and address cross-functional feedback.
REQUIREMENTS
4+ years of experience at managing medium to large scale campaigns with influencers, performance marketing experience is a plus!
Experience working with YouTube influencers and live streamers
Experience managing multiple campaigns in various stages simultaneously
Comfortable collaborating with diverse, geographically dispersed teams.
Highly organized
Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Suite, Asana, and CRM platforms.
Passion for gaming and live streaming is a must!
Experience leveraging data to inform strategic thinking
