Sales Operations Manager

We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager for one of our amazing clients in the data analytics and e-commerce industry.
As a Sales Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in optimizing the effectiveness and efficiency of our client's sales team. You will oversee the implementation and management of sales processes systems and tools, focusing on maximizing sales data utilization and improving overall sales performance.
Leveraging tools such as HubSpot, Similar Web, Built With, ZoomInfo, and Apollo you will support lead generation and enrichment efforts for the sales and partnerships team's success.
Responsibilities:
CRM Ownership: Oversee the utilization and administration of HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate data entry, timely updates, and effective reporting capabilities.
Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and optimize email cadences, collateral, playbooks, and training materials to support the sales team's success.
Sales Reporting: Develop and produce regular sales reports and dashboards for management, providing visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales pipeline metrics.
Sales Process Improvement: Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and efficiency gains, driving ongoing sales operations enhancements.
Tools and Technology: Evaluate, select, and manage tools and technologies to enhance lead generation, sales enrichment, and sales effectiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing, partnerships, and customer success, to ensure alignment and collaboration on initiatives that impact sales operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience of at least 2 years in a Sales Operation, Sales management, or SDR Role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
English as mother tongue
Qualifications:
CRM Proficiency: Strong understanding and experience with HubSpot CRM, including data management, reporting, and customization.
Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze and interpret sales data, identify trends and insights, and present findings clearly and promptly.
Tools and Technology Familiarity: Experience with tools such as Similar Web, Built With, and ZoomInfo for lead generation and enrichment is a strong advantage.
Project Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of initiatives.
Communication and Collaboration: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to identify and address challenges and opportunities in a proactive manner.
Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment, adapting to changing priorities and business needs.
