Our awesome client is a leading influencer marketing agency in the US market and is seeking a Sales Manager to join their growing team in Tel Aviv.

They partner with global brands to power their creator and influencer marketing across international markets. As proud partners of Google and Meta, they specialize in generating high-performing, creator-led content for social media performance campaigns.


We are looking for a Sales Manager who is proactive, highly organized, a native English speaker, understands the tech ecosystem, and is genuinely passionate about the world of digital media and influencers.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle: outreach, pitching, relationship-building, and closing new clients.

  • Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities with B2B or B2C brands.

  • Develop and nurture relationships with CMOs, marketing executives, and decision-makers in the tech and digital space.

  • Collaborate closely with the CEO and VP Clients to develop tailored proposals and strategic sales narratives.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of our services, capabilities, and competitive advantages.

  • Track and manage leads, pipelines, and sales forecasts through CRM tools.
    Stay up to date on social media trends, influencer marketing developments, and relevant technologies.

  • Representation at industry events, conferences, and meetings when needed.

Requirements:

  • Native English speaker (a must).

  • 3–4 years of experience in sales at an agency, B2B, or B2C company.

  • Proven experience working in or closely within the tech space, either in a marketing role or supporting C-level marketing leaders (CMOs/VP Marketing).

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and the influencer/creator ecosystem.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to independently drive processes from outreach to close.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
    Tech-savvy with strong command of CRM and sales tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.).

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment.

  • Willingness to work flexible hours when necessary.

  • Full-time.

  • Hybrid, offices located in Tel Aviv and New York.
