As an SDR, you will be a critical member of the sales team and will play a key role in the customer’s journey. You will be responsible for owning the identification and development of quality inbound sales opportunities in new and existing sales territories, working closely with our seasoned team of account executives.

What you'll do:
Prospect marketing-qualified inbound leads from a variety of organizations across multiple industries and geographies.
Generate interest and create opportunities with inbound prospects via voice and video, email, phone, Linkedin, etc.
Act as the first point of contact responsible for following up on inbound leads generated through the website or other inbound digital marketing efforts.
Maintain a high level of activity including outbound calls, emails, and social selling.
Conduct high-level consultative conversations with mid to C-Level prospects.
Ask open-ended questions to prospects that uncover business needs and overcome objections.
Use the CRM and other software to track progress with new prospects.
Schedule product demonstrations and collaborate with the sales team to qualify customers, build a pipeline, and drive opportunities.
Meet and exceed your daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals.
Requirements:
1+ years commercial experience, preferably in B2B sales, ideally within the software or IT industry.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
You are intellectually curious about all things sales and IT with an intense desire to learn.
You have a bias toward action in a fast-paced working environment, and enjoy working independently.
You are open to change, adaptable, and are equipped with a steadfast growth mindset.
You are a results-driven self-starter who is persistent.
