Our amazing client has built a real-time “AI sales coach” for enterprise sales teams, helping reps perform better before, during, and after customer conversations.
Join them and help build the future of AI-native sales software.
This is not a traditional sales role and does not involve carrying a quota. It’s a role for someone with deep enterprise sales experience who wants to apply that expertise to AI systems, product development, workflow design, and company-building.
You’ll work closely with leadership, product, engineering, and AI teams to define what great sales execution looks like and translate that into better software, smarter AI systems, and more useful in-call coaching. As the company's AI systems evolve, the workflows, coaching logic, prompts, and product experience will continuously improve and adapt, - making this an ongoing strategic role within product and AI development.
What You’ll Do
• Serve as a domain expert across sales workflows, deal strategy, coaching logic, and rep execution
• Help train, evaluate, and improve AI systems for real sales environments
• Review sales calls and identify what great reps do differently
• Help shape product features, prompts, playbooks, and live coaching guidance
• Bring customer and market reality into product and AI development
Ideal Background
• 5+ years of enterprise sales experience
• Strong understanding of complex B2B sales cycles
• Excellent judgment on what is useful versus noise in sales workflows
• Ability to work cross-functionally with product, engineering, and AI teams
• Interest in AI, product, and the future of sales
