We are looking for a QA Team Lead who is passionate about quality and leadership.
In this role, you will manage a fast-paced, dynamic, and agile QA team in a challenging continuous deployment environment to ensure the delivery of high-quality features to our 100M+ users.

What you’ll do
Take responsibility for the team's goals, execution, quality, and deadlines
Mentor and coach your team on quality assurance, automation development, and MyHeritage products
Perform hands-on testing, automation development, and code reviews
Identify, report, and push for resolution of gaps in the requirements, risks, and issues raised during development and in production.
Take an active part in keeping the QA department up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
What you bring
B.Sc. in computer science or software engineering
At least 2 years of experience managing a QA Automation team - A Must
At least 3 years of hands-on experience in Java/JavaScript/Ruby/Python automation development - A Must
Knowledge in QA and agile methodologies, load, performance, and security concepts - A Must
Experience working with test automation tools and IDEs: Selenium, Testim.io, Playwright, Puppeteer, etc.
Experience with CI tools (Jenkins)
Experience working with API testing tools, developer tools, and different browsers
Basic knowledge of SQL — advantage
Experience working with billing products — advantage
Experience working in cloud environments — advantage
Proficiency in verbal and written English
