Project Manager

Our amazing client has built the leading user review platform for enterprise technology. They have been called the “Yelp for enterprise tech” by The Wall Street Journal and covered by USA Today, Wired, and many other publications. 

Their customers include VMware, Dell, HPE, Cisco, and others. 

We’re looking for a Project Manager for their Research Team to manage, grow and own all research responsibilities.


  • Minimum of one year as a project manager in a high paced environment

  • Previous experience working with outsourced resources (Previous experience with Upwork, Fiverr, or similar - a plus)

  • Ability to quickly grasp new projects - find or assign resources, monitor/QA the work, scale quickly and meet deadlines.

  • Ability to juggle many projects at once. Good at multitasking and finding creative solutions.

  • Strong Excel skills. You don’t get overwhelmed by large spreadsheets or data sets.

  • You work well on a team but enjoy working individually as well.

  • Excellent English communication skills, especially written.

  • Attention to detail - a must. We're sticklers about quality and you should be too!

  • Previous experience working for an enterprise tech company - a plus.


  • Manage and grow a team of outsourced and in-house resources to maintain, manage, audit, and grow our listings of enterprise tech solutions and related content such as videos, descriptions, and vendor data. Outsourced resources include areas such as:

  • Data entry

  • Data cleansing

  • Research

  • Categorization

  • Own all Research Team processes from beginning to end

  • Setup and maintain new processes to proactively grow our listings of enterprise tech solutions.

  • Meet defined SLAs and goals for responding to incoming requests from internal teams such as Sales and Customer Success.

  • Interface with other team members and systems that outsourced resources don’t have access to.

  • Ensure we’re on track to hit our research and listings KPIs. Provide regular updates and reporting to stakeholders.

  • Get your hands dirty. You’re responsible to jump in and get the job done if a resource isn’t available in the necessary time frame for a given task so it’s important you intimately understand every part of the process.
