Our client, a startup that specializes in providing a fully automated web accessibility solution is looking for a Director of Sales who will lead a team of Outreach Managers to master the art of lead qualification and development.

  • Hire, train, lead and manage a team of Outreach managers who are responsible for qualifying and developing inbound MQLs, while identifying and researching prospective clients through a mixture of research, cold calling, and personalized email campaigns.

  • Set business development priorities and key selling strategies to achieve sales

  • Achieve monthly targets set by management

  • Lead the daily activities and quota performance management of individual team members.

  • Provide ongoing market feedback reports and ways to refine positioning and inbound strategies.

  • Motivate and maintain high morale and culture success for the team.


  • 4+ years in selling in a B2B company

  • 2+ years of management experience in a business development environment

  • Native English Speaker- a Must!

  • Experience selling in the US Market

  • Track record of developing and mentoring Business Development Reps

  • Experience using and implementing a sales methodology


  • Possess strong leadership skills

  • Superior organization, communication and time management skills

  • Passionate and highly productive in a fast-paced environment
