Office Manager & PA

Tel Aviv
A boutique international consulting company is looking for a multilingual Office Manager & PA to join their team in Tel Aviv.
Responsibilities include:
Coordinate the smooth running of office administration,
To coordinate meetings and bookings
Support the CEO and other staff with appointment setting, calendar management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
Assist in board and founder relations, including scheduling, document preparation and logistics for board meetings.
Personal assistance for the CEO
Requirements:
Fluent in English & Conversational Hebrew - must
Additional language like Russian/Italian/French - bonus
Expereince working in an international environment
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Able to be in the office on a daily basis from 9-5 pm
