Marketing Manager (fin-tech)

Our client is a fast-growing SaaS B2B fintech company that enables its clients in the financial services sector to grow their businesses at speed. They are passionate about driving towards their vision of being the leading CRM, back-office management, and client portal software provider in the financial services sector while cultivating a positive and fun work environment that promotes personal and professional growth.


WHAT THEY DO

They provide a fintech SaaS solution to their clients, who are stock brokers. The product that they licenses are a CRM and client portal solution. Their systems are already integrated with all the major trading platforms (including Metaquotes and cTrader), payment service providers (including Paypal and Stripe), and VOIP and marketing applications, amongst other applications (integrated with ~200 3rd party applications). This allows their clients to plug and play, get set up in a matter of hours and connect up their entire tech stack through our platform.


ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to join their team and support their growth. The role includes the following responsibilities:

  • Take the lead in managing marketing activities including website maintenance, webinars, email marketing, and other marketing automation-related projects

  • Work with our Sales team to plan and manage our conferences and events calendar

  • Manage our brand, presence, logistics, and activities around our conferences

  • Managing relationships with outsourced graphic designers, conference organizers, etc

  • Work with the team on various projects and ongoing marketing activities

  • Take the lead in managing the brand and corporate identity – including a refresh of our company’s website, social media platforms, etc.

  • Oversee the lead lifecycle initiatives of the company, including execution, maintenance, and continuous improvement of processes to optimize lead flow through our various funnels

  • Ensure we have robust and accurate tracking from our website and any other sources, marketing automation, and CRM tools

  • Troubleshoot issues and identify opportunities for improvement within data flows and assist with fixes as needed


REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of experience in relevant roles, and at least 1 year of experience in a similar role at a B2B SaaS company

  • Strong (fluent) verbal and written communication skills in English – this is a MUST

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • A keen eye for detail

  • Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel

  • Ability to think “out-of-the-box”

  • Ability to produce meaningful dashboards and reports

  • Team player

  • Fast learner, multi-tasker, able to work under pressure

  • Tech savvy, ability to use a range of technological solutions and software

  • Good project management skills, being able to own processes end-to-end

  • Experience working with Hubspot and/or Salesforce - advantage

  • Knowledge of fintech - advantage
