Our amazing client is a data-sharing platform helping companies compare their KPIs to their peers. They participated in Y Combinator and raised a $4.2m Seed round from top-tier investors.

They are pioneering a new category of data analytics that’s challenging traditional taboos around cross-company collaboration. The platform helps its users understand their own performance vs. direct competitors by unlocking their siloed data.

About the role

The ideal candidate is a generalist who can “do it all.” As one of the first employees in the company, you’ll join our small, fast-paced team by helping with marketing, operations, customer support, and other areas of the business.

You will be comfortable taking ownership over initiatives and campaigns from A – Z and want to work at a startup. You’ll be responsible for domains & projects that you have never worked on before, and confident that you can overcome them with creativity, hard work, and a positive attitude.

One day you could be preparing marketing materials to release a major feature. The next day you could be doing analysis (or perhaps tedious work) in Excel. And every day you’ll help answer customer requests. You’ll come up with your own ideas and execute them.

You’ll report to the VP of Business, and your growth trajectory will have no limit.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage campaigns for new product launches & marketing initiatives

  • Help out with customer service & support

  • Produce marketing materials for our blog, social media, etc.

  • Dive into our analytics tools and recommend optimizations

  • Help with lead generation and managing external contractors

What We're Looking For?

  • Interest in our product

  • Demonstrated interest in startups & marketing

  • Native English with high level written communication

  • Skilled in math/data analysis

  • Someone with: grit, willingness to get their hands dirty, and care for doing a good job
