HR & Operations Office Manager

Our super cool client from the Sports-tech industry has an amazing AI-powered brain-training technology for athletes. They are growing and are seeking a highly organized and versatile individual to join their team as an HR & Operations Office Manager.
This position plays a vital role in talent acquisition and onboarding, ensuring the smooth functioning of the company's administrative and operational processes, as well as managing various human resources functions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in organizational behavior, talent management, and operations, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
Human Resources Management:
Oversee the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, and conducting interviews.
Manage employee onboarding, orientation, and training programs to foster a positive and productive work environment.
Address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and resolve conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
Maintain employee records, including personnel files, performance evaluations, and attendance records.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
Office Operations Management:
Develop and implement efficient office procedures and systems to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
Manage supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate inventory levels and coordinating repairs or replacements as needed.
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation, and logistics for employees and visitors.
Supervise various operations-related projects to support customer success and sales departments
Administrative Support:
Support senior management in scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and preparing necessary documentation.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials as required.
Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and maintain strict confidentiality at all times.
Manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
Collaborate with external vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance.
Experience in office operations management, including facilities coordination and administrative support.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels.
