Our new amazing client developed the first online job simulation platform, which allows companies to evaluate candidates for any position, by creating tailor-made job simulation tests, which are the best predictor for job performance.
They are seeking a highly motivated Content Manager for the exciting opportunity of streamlining all aspects of the company’s content as part of the organic growth strategy in a fast-growing startup in the booming HR tech industry. This individual should have extensive experience in building and leading content strategy, as well as developing and executing content roadmaps in a B2B company; a big advantage for the HR-Tech field.
What You'll Do:
Define and execute a content marketing strategy.
Own all marketing content aspects, including websites, blogs, landing pages, social media, etc.- working closely with marketing and product stakeholders to make sure Canditech’s content is “best-in-class” professionally and creatively.
Work closely with Canditech’s SEO and Performance Marketing managers to make sure that the content is optimized, published, and promoted
Come up with new ideas and concepts to enrich Canditech’s content strategy.
What We'd Like You To Have
Extensive experience as a content manager in the B2B SaaS industry
Ability to edit for tone, grammar, and spelling
Ability to work quickly and efficiently, delivering quality work under tight timelines
Passion for the HR field and a desire to make the world a better place for recruiters and candidates
Native English speaker
Experience in WordPress - Advantage
Ability to manage multiple projects at once to meet deadlines
