Our client is an awesome SaaS company developing a service for creating interactive and visual quizzes & surveys that get better results. Their quizzes & surveys are used to boost engagement, gather leads, get feedback, do research, and drive sales/revenue. They serve 100,000+ customers

including top publishers such as NBC & Trip Advisor, and top brands such as Unilever & Uber.

About the Role

This role is a unique opportunity for someone that enjoys the intersection of product and marketing. You will own the funnel end-to-end, accelerating the pace at which revenues grow. This will be done by driving growth in customer acquisition, activation, expansion, retention, and referral, merging performance marketing and funnel optimization practices.

What you will be doing

  • Define and implement the growth strategy by analyzing the results and potential of different growth levers and allocating our resources to the most promising ones.

  • Oversee the acquisition strategy including SEO, email nurturing systems, paid ads, social media, referral systems, affiliate/influencer systems, and more. You will focus on the area or areas you think will drive the most growth.

  • Improve and optimize the activation process by converting free users to paying users. You will apply a data/analytics approach with an understanding of the individual customer journey.

  • Define and oversee the expansion strategy based on identifying customer types and upsell opportunities.

  • Analyze, plan and execute a plan to increase engagement and reduce churn.

  • Oversee end-to-end growth experiments - design, build, and release.

  • Constantly be on the lookout for new growth tactics and hacks.

  • Forecast and work towards goals.


  • 3+years of experience in growth marketing, having held a growth position in a SaaS company.

  • Proven track record for developing B2B growth marketing strategies that deliver tangible business results.

  • Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with at least 2 growth areas (e.g. SEO, partnerships, referral systems, email marketing, community building, social media, etc).

  • You’re naturally analytical but seek solutions through a creative lens.

  • You have a good understanding of content and design.

  • You are results-driven, proactive, and take a hands-on approach to hit key goals.

  • An ideal candidate will drive a data-driven marketing strategy through quantitative analysis of customer insights and an A/B testing approach while using individual customer stories to gain color and context around the data.

  • Fluent in written and verbal English communication skills.

We are looking for someone with a hands-on approach, as initially, you will be the only one on the growth team hiring freelancers as needed. As activity grows you will build the company growth team.
