Growth Lead

An amazing digital marketing startup is looking for a Marketing Rockstar as their Growth lead. You will be responsible for building and executing our growth strategy from the ground up with a hands-on approach.
In this role, you will work closely with all functions of the business, including product, r&d, support, and success.
The position involves managing and building the foundation of our Growth department and includes recruiting and managing team members (in-house and outsourced).
Owner of all growth and marketing endeavors including: Content marketing (Blogs, case studies, tutorials, announcements etc’), partnerships, social media, branding, website, PPC and more.
Requirements
● 5 + years relevant marketing experience in a role with proven ability to deliver results - Must
● 2+ years of proven success in a managerial role, including demonstrated ability to build and scale a team
● English - mother tongue level - Must
● Proven experience driving fast growth in a SaaS B2B2C/B2C Company Must
● Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
● Strong analytical and quantitative skills & ability to drive actionable insights ● Results driven, team player, creative, energetic, innovative, proactive, and resourceful
● Entrepreneurial experience - Big advantage
The position will report directly to the CEO.
