Fullstack Tech Lead - AI

Our new amazing client has built an AI-powered measurement platform for the home renovation and construction industries, already serving dozens of enterprise customers and reaching $3M ARR within just nine months of launch.
Every year, billions of dollars are lost due to inaccurate measurements — from windows and doors to full renovations. Despite this, the industry still relies heavily on tape measures, manual drawings, and outdated workflows. Their technology turns a simple smartphone scan into manufacturer-grade 3D measurements, enabling sales reps, installers, and homeowners to get projects right the first time.
We’re now looking for a Tech Lead to help them scale.
What You’ll Do
Own the development of a new product line end-to-end, from ideation to deployment and iteration
Lead technical initiatives on the core product: new features, performance optimization, and infrastructure scaling
Work closely across product, engineering, and go-to-market
Conduct code reviews and establish engineering best practices
What We’re Looking For
Strong hands-on experience with React & Node.js
(Bonus: React Native or Python)Excellent product intuition — able to balance speed, quality, and business impact
Fast thinker and fast executor
