As the Team Lead for Platform Engineering, you’ll play a critical role in shaping the foundation of our AI platform. You’ll lead a team of Full Stack Engineers focused on building reusable AI services, scalable APIs, a dynamic UI engine, and shared infrastructure that powers every solution we deliver.
We work on-site from our Tel Aviv office, collaborating closely across engineering, product, and AI to move fast and build with purpose.
This is a hands-on leadership role, you’ll guide architecture and execution while mentoring engineers and ensuring technical excellence.
Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Full Stack Engineers, fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
Drive the design and implementation of core AI building blocks, backend services, and frontend components.
Own platform-wide features such as user management, multi-tenant abstractions, and solution dashboards.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, AI, and Solutions teams to ensure the platform meets business and technical goals.
Define and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, CI/CD, and system architecture.
Requirements
6+ years of experience in software engineering, including 3+ years in a technical leadership or team lead role.
Background in AI/ML, LLMs, or prompt-based applications.
Proven ability to design scalable APIs, services, and reusable UI components.
Strong proficiency in modern frontend and backend frameworks (e.g. React, Node.js, Python, etc.).
Experience building platforms or working in complex, multi-solution product environments.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
Nice to Have
Experience with design systems, multi-tenant architecture, or enterprise-grade platforms.
Familiarity with backend performance optimization, observability, and database design.
