Executive Assistant



Our client is an American news agency specializing in coverage of the Middle East and they are seeking an Executive Assistant who will manage administrative duties of the office, including:

  • Handling administrative and executive directives

  • Manage President/CEO’s calendar and correspondence

  • Serve as President/CEO’s “eyes-on” regarding program implementation; webinars; electronic conferencing (Zoom, Skype)

  • Serve as point person for communal outreach for branding and solicitation

  • Responsible for program development calls and emails

  • Oversee daily supply acquisitions from office necessities to food

  • Assist with content distribution

  • Organize monthly payroll, information for accountants

  • Manage bureau opening and closing

General requirements/skills:

  • Fluent English & fluent Hebrew speaker – must.

  • Highly detail-oriented.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work in the office in Jerusalem from 9-6 pm and sometimes evening hours.

  • The ability to effectively prioritize and administer tasks as well as the flexibility to do occasional work outside of office hours.
