Customer Success Team Member

Our client, a cool tech company that makes the world's most advanced 4D imaging sensor, is looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented professional to join their growing Customer Success team in Yehud.
You'd interact directly with customers to resolve their technical, pre-sale, and post-sale issues.
Job responsibilities:
Work as part of a team to respond quickly and efficiently to customer issues
Review diagnostics in order to support the end customer
Prepare customer documentation – writing, organization, and upkeep
Additional projects as they relate to the scope of work for the product
Communicate via email, video, and phone directly with customers for onboarding, training, and post-sale support
Collaborate with other teams to understand the technical parameters of the device
Job requirements:
Native-level English speaking and writing skills – a must
Prior Customer-facing experience – a must
Excitement for customer-focused engagements
Good Hebrew
Baseline technical ability and comprehension
