Customer Success Team Member



Our client, a cool tech company that makes the world's most advanced 4D imaging sensor, is looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented professional to join their growing Customer Success team in Yehud.

You'd interact directly with customers to resolve their technical, pre-sale, and post-sale issues.

Job responsibilities:

  • Work as part of a team to respond quickly and efficiently to customer issues

  • Review diagnostics in order to support the end customer

  • Prepare customer documentation – writing, organization, and upkeep

  • Additional projects as they relate to the scope of work for the product

  • Communicate via email, video, and phone directly with customers for onboarding, training, and post-sale support

  • Collaborate with other teams to understand the technical parameters of the device

Job requirements:

  • Native-level English speaking and writing skills – a must

  • Prior Customer-facing experience – a must

  • Excitement for customer-focused engagements

  • Good Hebrew

  • Baseline technical ability and comprehension
