Customer Success Manager -ad-tech



Our amazing client is a global ad-tech company, specializing in personalized monetization solutions and mobile application distribution and is looking for a CSM to join their growing team.

As CSM, you will be: 

  • Manages relationships with top-grossing app developers from all over the world that have partnered with us, using our proprietary machine-learning driven platform.  

  • Ensure we provide our partners with the most value and best service possible, as well as provide them with marketing insights that can be used across other channels. 

  • Work closely with the company’s leadership and product teams, and work hands-on in order to be able to meet and exceed customer expectations and introduce their feedback in order to drive required changes and additions to the platform. 

Desired experience and skills: 

  • 2+ years of B2B CSM experience, for data-driven products with big data or machine learning on a high scale. 

  • Strong analytical skills and a high level of proficiency in Excel. 

  • High level of proficiency in English for daily communication. 

  • Start-up state of mind and hands-on mentality. 

  • Experience with SQL/Python - a strong advantage 

  • Willingness to learn and to take on additional responsibilities, face difficult and challenging tasks with a positive, can-do attitude 

  • Self-motivation, goal-orientation, reliability, and responsibility.
