Customer Success Leader

A fast-moving startup in Tel-Aviv is disrupting cybersecurity training and education, is looking for a Customer Success Leader!
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the installation, configuration and commissioning of customer systems, and provision of on-going technical support and training
- Liaise with partners and the internal R&D team to provide product feedback and resolve issues as required
- Provide technical advice and support to End users, Partners and Resellers
- Lead and facilitate POC and demonstrations on physical and virtual (cloud) platforms
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
- Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. R&D)
- Prepare accurate and timely analysis and feedback reports following partner engagements
Requirements
- Proven experience with customer-facing roles involving both pre-sale and post-sale activities and technical support
- Proven work experience as a Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, IT Help Desk Technician, Training or similar role
- Experience in Cyber Security (Cyber simulation or training domain a plus).
- Experience in Cloud based services - advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Cyber security software products, cloud architectures, networking environments, etc.) - advantage
- Excellent technical troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
- Additional certification in Microsoft, Linux, Cisco or similar technologies is a plus
- Self-motivated, Excellent self learning skills, ability and willingness to work independently and English proficiency are a MUST !
