CSM /Account Manager

We are looking for a Key Account Manager that shares our values to take ownership of enterprise client accounts globally.


Hands on management and ownership of key enterprise accounts globally (Primary Europe):

  • Managing relationships with strategic clients

  • Capturing requirements from clients

  • Leading onboarding of new clients

  • Primary point of contact (online meetings and email correspondence)

  • Working closely with engineering and product teams to deliver client needs

  • Working closely with operations team to monitor delivery and KPI’s

  • Ongoing retention through proactive actions


  • 5+ years of experience in either account management or business development of enterprise solutions globally

  • Proven strong technical skills and ability to understand complex technology solutions in-depth

  • Highly motivated to succeed, honesty, integrity, accountability, focused on customer value

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Fluent English writing and speaking skills

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Position is full-time. At times it is needed to communicate with clients on the weekend and in the evening.

  • Bsc or Engineering degree 

  • Advantage: Career experience both in startups and corporate environments
