
Business Operations Manager

Our client has developed a digital lending platform focused on the UK real estate bridge finance market, with a presence in Tel Aviv. Their small team is a collaboration of finance and technology professionals from some of the world’s largest finance and technology institutions.
Having recently secured their latest funding round, they are scaling the platform and the team to meet growing demand from borrowers and funding partners alike. They are looking for someone who wants to grow with us — taking on real ownership and broadening their remit as the business expands.
The Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Operations Manager to join our Tel Aviv office, reporting to the Head of Operations. The role suits someone with 2-5 years of experience, ideally with knowledge in finance or accounting and who is a quick learner, a proactive problem-solver, and a strong organiser. You will
operate in a highly dynamic environment and be a central organising point for loans across their lifecycle, working closely with our sales team, funding partners, solicitors, and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities
Loan Operations: Own the day-to-day operational management of loans across their lifecycle, coordinating across internal teams, solicitors, and funding partners to keep each loan progressing smoothly from origination through to repayment. This includes packaging loans for funding partners, gathering the information they need to approve and purchase them, maintaining accurate portfolio data, and producing regular internal management and external reporting.
Client Relationship Management: Act as a point of contact for brokers, clients, and funders, supporting the sales representative who owns the primary commercial relationship. Provide responsive, high-quality service across the loan lifecycle.
Support Finance and Accounting Functions: Assist with account reconciliations, transaction monitoring, and provide day-to-day support to the accounting team.
Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with other teams to support business operations and maintain high standards of service and compliance.
About You
Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in finance, accounting, or a related field)
2-5 years of relevant experience
Strong Excel and data management skills – an advantage
Fluent in English – required, Native preferred
Hebrew – an advantage
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Independent, adaptable, and a proactive problem soler
