As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be a critical member of the sales team and will play a key role in the customer’s journey. You will be responsible for owning the identification and development of quality inbound sales opportunities in new and existing sales territories, working closely with our seasoned team of account executives.

  • You’ll be working with our seasoned account executives to research and build a pipeline in new and existing sales territories.

  • Conduct high-level conversations with Senior Executives in prospect accounts.

  • Set qualified meetings through cold calling to targeted accounts.

  • Help create and prioritize strategic target account lists within a defined territory.

  • Achieve monthly quotas of qualified opportunities and closed business.

  • Schedule product demonstrations and collaborate with the sales team to qualify customers, build a pipeline, and drive opportunities.

  • Use the CRM and other software to track progress with new prospects.

  • Research and build new and existing accounts (i.e.: adding contacts, sending emails, strategic cold calling).

  • At least 1 year of relevant work experience- outbound sales, SAAS preferred.

  • Prior lead generation or sales prospecting experience

  • Excellent phone and email skills and the ability to quickly assess customer opportunities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work.

  • strong organizational and follow-up skills who work well in a team environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field- advantage.
