Sales Development Representative



Reporting to the VP Marketing, the role requires a dedicated and passionate candidate to join our growing marketing and sales team. The role requires building and nurturing relationships with prospective clients. The SDR will help develop and lead our outreach to prospects as well as be the first point-of-contact for inbound leads


  • Support our sales force on outbound strategies and lead generating efforts

  • Align with internal teams to efficiently and effectively handle the lead-to-prospect process

  • Monitor and attend meetings with prospects while handling the introductions and follow-up with our salesforce

  • Be the first point of contact for new business prospects and determine the next steps for each prospect moving forward

  • Innovate our lead generating strategies through cross-departmental projects with our marketing and sales force by bringing creative lead generation ideas


  • Native English speaking and writing skills – a must

  • At least 2 years experience working as an SDR or similar sales-oriented role for hi-tech companies – a must

  • Demonstrated experience in creating, leading, and managing a lead qualification and outreach process

  • Possess a strong work ethic, have a hunger to learn, try new tactics, and make connections with prospects

  • Have experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other similar lead prospecting

  • Must be an excellent problem-solver and be willing to address objections in a constructive manner

  • Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM systems – a plus

  • Undergraduate degree in Business, communication, or other relevant fields
