Product Marketing Director

Our great client, an international leader in IT management solutions is looking to recruit a highly qualified and professional Product Marketing Director.
As a product marketing director, you’ll lead our product marketing, GTM, and content strategies, collaborate across the company to help attract new customers and nurture our vast customer base into loyal advocates.
You will Articulate the strategic “big picture”, whilst being hands-on with the finer detail of product proposition research, design, validation, analysis, and delivery. You’ll apply your analytics skills and creative powers to present our products in ways that tell a compelling story in a differentiated way.
The position reports to Chief Growth Officer.
Responsibilities:
Work with the Product team, the Sales, and the Customer Success teams to translate the product and capabilities into customer value. Translate this value into messaging that will be used across the organization
Support sales and customer success through sales tools, training, and market expertise to ensure their ability to effectively position and sell our products
Develop and content strategy and thought leadership programs
Lead market segmentation and targeting, product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonates with the buying audience
Develop a deep understanding of the buying audience, target personas, buyer needs, and the purchasing decision process for our products
Conduct quantitative analysis on market potential, customer usage data, feature testing
Collaborating with corporate marketing and demand generation marketing teams
Lead competitive intelligence activities and develop the competitive positioning
Establish customer adoption programs, develop customer references and drive retention, upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Provide leadership, direction, and mentoring to guide the product marketing team in its day-to-day activities
Collaborate with our executive leadership on a regular basis.
Requirements
You have 7+ years in global B2B SaaS with deep expertise in product marketing and a track record of helping businesses stand out in crowded markets
You’re results-oriented and know-how evaluate, prioritize, double down on, and cut product marketing activities to improve the results of our effort
Proven track record in building, getting buy-in, and executing marketing plans, in a fast-paced, business-oriented environment
Experience in building strong relationships with peers and stakeholders across sales, marketing, product, CS, and more
Passionate about driving impact through measurable results
Outstanding written and verbal communications skills with the ability to explain and translate technical concepts into simple and intuitive communications
You’re at ease with using data analytics tools to measure results and support decision making and strategy development
You are English-native or possess an outstanding written English
