Our client, a well-funded, rapidly growing B2B SaaS Fintech startup, is looking for an experienced Senior Director of Marketing to develop, oversee and successfully execute the company’s marketing strategy.


The individual we have in mind is a data-driven storyteller, capable of developing content targeted to our customers and future customers while designing and executing lead generation activities.


What You Will Do

  • You will plan, scope, execute and have full ownership and responsibility for Intelligo’s brand recognition, positioning, and marketing strategy and activities for potential and existing customers.

  • Work cross-functionally with Sales and Customer Success teams to build client communication strategies, content, and techniques

  • Develop demand generation and pipeline optimization strategies using a robust B2B Martech stack.

  • Understand the customer lifecycle and drive growth through customer marketing and enablement

  • Work closely with the Product team on product marketing activities and implement GTM strategy for new releases.

  • Create and measure internal marketing campaigns centered on our value proposition and product launches

  • Measure, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of channels, campaigns, and performance KPIs, adjust focus based on data, and share learnings with stakeholders.


What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years experience owning and implementing B2B SaaS marketing strategy, preferably within Fintech

  • Proven track record in marketing performance and growth, creating brand recognition in a growing company

  • Insatiable drive to grow the business and reach new markets

  • An inherent creativity, driving unique approaches to Intelligo-specific use cases

  • Sharp analytical skills, ability to harvest company data to create stellar content to drive engagement

  • Metrics-driven mindset and robust intuition, allowing you to implement strategy, track progress, "fail fast," and achieve your goals

  • Experience working with Marketing Automation platforms: Hubspot, Google Analytics, and ABM platforms.

  • Relevant academic degree.
