They are looking for an experienced events manager to strategize, plan and execute digital and in-person events from start to finish. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a key business model within their growing company. We’re looking for a fast-paced individual who thrives on challenges, can create world-class memorable experiences, and has exceptional attention to detail.

  • Minimum 5 years of End-to-End B2B event planning experience.

  • Experience creating and managing small and large conference events in-person and online.

  • Proven track record of selling sponsorships in the 10K, 50K, and 100K+ range

  • Experience planning high-level events for executives, VIPs, and government officials

  • Ability to create campaigns and drive event attendance

  • Ability to work with subject matter experts to assemble content, speakers list, and panels

  • Has a strong network of connections with various vendors, sponsors, and companies

  • MBA in Public Relations, Communications or Hospitality (Advantage)

  • Strong team player who can coordinate across departments

  • Leverage CRM data to construct, forecast, and manage event activity and drive pipeline to meet event revenue targets and company goals

  • Effectively propose and maintain budgets and demonstrable ROI

  • Collaborate with leadership and internal teams to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategy with overall company objectives

  • The applicant may be required to participate in a brief assignment or online quiz.
