Our client is a cool service automation company delivering software for organizations that want to get more done. Their SaaS ITSM (IT Service Management) and Asset Management solutions serve more than 5,000 customers across the globe. They do the heavy lifting for IT and anyone delivering services in the digital workspace, by leveraging automation, analytics, and AI.


We are looking for a passionate Email Marketing Manager with a strong background in paid, content, and email marketing, to support their growing marketing initiatives. As a natural storyteller with a strategic edge, you’ll be creating, and editing campaigns that promote their vision in over 30 different channels.

About The Role

  • Play a key role in creating engaging campaigns that will build awareness, generate and nurture leads, and improve the conversion funnel.

  • Own and lead multiple channels - including email & social campaigns.

  • Develop and edit a variety of campaign assets for the Marketing team aligned to personas and the buyer journey.

  • Use a variety of analytics tools to monitor content performance and optimize its impact.

  • Research and contribute creative ideas to support key campaign goals, such as increasing conversion rates in the sales funnel, growing blog subscribers and LinkedIn followers, growing inbound organic traffic, and more.

  • Work closely with product, marketing, sales, and design teams to align on compelling customer narratives that drive unified experiences, and ultimately be a contributor to the mission-critical impact.

  • Get to work with top-of-the-line marketing tools.


Requirements:

  • Native English - a must.

  • 2+ years of experience in content creation for B2B SaaS companies -an advantage.

  • Experience in running and optimizing Email Campaigns.

  • Experience in planning, writing, and performing campaigns, with a deep-rooted understanding of what it takes to engage technology-oriented audiences.

  • Comfortable in using data analytics to measure and continually improve the impact of content on lead generation, thought leadership, and sales enablement.

  • The ability to work well within and across teams, and give and receive constructive feedback.

  • Experience with Marketing Automation tools (Marketo/Hubspot) - an advantage.

  • Experience with creating playbooks for chatbots - an advantage.
