
Business Development Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our awesome client's sales team.

As a BDR, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying and qualifying potential customers and setting up meetings for our sales executives. Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Utilize various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, and research, to identify and generate new business leads. Proactively reach out to potential customers to introduce our e-commerce and analytics solutions.
Qualification and Discovery: Conduct thorough research and gather information to understand potential customers' business needs, pain points, and objectives. Engage in meaningful conversations to qualify leads and identify opportunities for our products and services.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through effective communication and follow-up. Establish credibility and trust with key decision-makers by providing valuable insights and addressing their concerns.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of all aspects of the e-commerce industry and our SaaS solution. Become an expert in the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of e-commerce tools and articulate our value proposition clearly to potential customers, explaining how our offerings can address their specific business challenges.
CRM and Sales Tools Utilization: Utilize HubSpot CRM as the primary platform for managing and tracking leads, opportunities, and customer interactions. In addition, leverage tools such as ZoomInfo, BuiltWith, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SimilarWeb, Loom, Vidyard, Phantom Buster, and more to enhance lead generation, prospect research, and communication efforts.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align strategies and ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads. Collaborate with marketing to provide feedback on lead generation campaigns, contribute to the development of sales collateral, and share market intelligence.
Meeting Coordination: Schedule meetings and demos for our sales executives with qualified prospects. Manage calendars, send out meeting invitations, and ensure all relevant information is shared to facilitate successful engagements.
Sales Pipeline Management: Update and maintain accurate records of all activities, interactions, and opportunities in HubSpot CRM. Monitor and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and progression of leads through the sales process.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a BDR or similar role, preferably in the technology industry or SaaS environment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to engage prospects over the phone, email, and other communication channels.
Excellent research and analytical skills to identify potential customers and gather relevant information about their businesses.
Experience utilizing CRM platforms (preferably with HubSpot CRM. Familiarity with additional sales tools such as ZoomInfo, BuiltWith, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, SimilarWeb, Loom, Vidyard, Phantom Buster, and more.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Knowledge of e-commerce and analytics concepts is desirable, but not mandatory.
Ability to adapt and learn quickly, staying up-to-date with industry trends and our product offerings.
