Our great client is a fast-growing SaaS company, which means a lot of opportunities to grow with them. They are a service automation company delivering software for organizations that want to get more done. Their SaaS ITSM (IT Service Management) and Asset Management solutions serve more than 4,000 customers across the globe.

As they continue their expedited growth and ambitious roadmap, they are looking for a highly talented and passionate Brand Marketing Manager to join our global marketing team.

As the Brand Marketing Manager, you will be an advocate and change agent for the company's brand. You will be responsible for developing and executing a brand strategy aligned with the company's business goals. You will acquire a deep understanding of the company’s technology and products. Your proactive approach and creative ideas will enable you to build and drive a strong brand presence in the market.

What you’ll do:

  • Define and manage the company’s brand communication strategy using a variety of media.

  • Craft messaging and develop content to drive the brand narrative aligned with brand attributes, personality, and identity.

  • Explore and track internal brand marketing communication KPI's and external industry trends to drive high-performing brand marketing communication strategy and implementation.

  • Expand organic social media reach (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn) through innovative ideas and campaigns, and manage the company’s social presence and digital assets.

  • Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns.

  • Manage participation in international trade shows, webinars, and events.

  • Partner with HR to promote internal and employer branding.

What we’re looking for:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

  • 3+ years of experience in global brand management, marcom, or marketing role in a B2B tech or B2C company with strong brand equity.

  • Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends

  • Highly organized with proven ability to establish priorities and achieve results

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a high-growth, fast-paced environment

  • Strong communication skills - verbal and written

  • Native English speaker - a must

  • A self-motivated, enthusiastic, collaborative team player with great interpersonal skills.
