Desired Skills and experience:
4+ years of experience in managerial sales positions, in SaaS companies
Proven experience leading a company’s sales organization in a global setting (Mainly US market).
Proven record of establishing sales teams and processes
High ability to interact, communicate, negotiate, lead frontal presentations, and deep business understanding
Strong interpersonal skills, creativity, curiosity with ability to effectively communicate and influence across all levels of the organizational matrix
Native /fluency in English
Experience in B2B Enterprise functions
Available for frequent international travel
Excellent presentation skills
Experience with Salesforce, Pardot -advantage
