The Team Leader should be passionate about “Hunting” and will lead the Media team to successful acquisitions in order to break new records.
About the job:
Building and developing a global sales team
Managing a team of 4-6 hunters
Negotiate through long sales cycles with leading sites and publishers worldwide
Manage the entire sales cycle from start to contract
Someone who can understand the specific needs of each and every publisher
Working closely with internal teams to maximize sales opportunities, advocate for clients, renew business and share knowledge across the organization
1+ years of managerial experience
Hunter by heart: Entrepreneurial, creative, self-starter, goal-orientated, fast-paced
Proactive; curious; quick learner; able to work independently
Winner: Ambitious, tenacious; persistent, goal-oriented
Excellent Oral and Written Communication and Persuasion Skills
Team player with a positive, professional attitude
English at very high/mother-tongue level
Strong computer and internet skills
Ability to thrive in dynamic, high activity, high transaction environment
