They do the heavy lifting for IT and anyone delivering services in the digital workspace, by leveraging automation, analytics, and AI.
As they continue their expedited growth and ambitious roadmap, we are looking for an experienced UX Expert to take a significant role, as part of the product group, in bringing the company product vision to life.
You will be working closely with product managers exploring problems that require a deep understanding of the business and workflows. You’ll define and create transformative solutions that are intuitive and easy to use. You’ll be working with the R&D team to execute technologically challenging solutions.
What you will be doing:
Own the full life-cycle of the UX efforts through research, ideation & conceptualization, detailed design, and execution -
Research - analyze users journey, personas, through data, interviews, surveys and testing.
Ideation & Conceptualization - based on the product requirements, define the right UX solutions for the users, introducing creativity while considering UI standards and guidelines.
Detailed Design - create detailed wireframes, mockups and documentation to communicate and deliver complex user flows.
Execution - collaborate with product managers, designers and developers to deliver extraordinary product & features.
Improve - take part in establishing and improving the UX process & methods..
What you bring along:
3+ years of experience as a UX Expert of complex systems.
Proven and demonstrated ability to solve advanced UX problems and simplify complex flows.
Ability to envision the ‘big picture' and break it down into details.
Demonstrated ability to effectively structure and communicate ideas as well as provide explanations and reasoning.
Strong verbal & written communication in English via collaboration tools, micro-copy, and documentation.
Ability to work in a technical environment of cutting-edge technology.
Characteristics: a creative, detail-oriented, strong sense of ownership, collaborative, passionate.
Bachelor's degree or Formal training in interaction design, human-computer interaction (HCI), visual communication.
Experience working on B2B/SaaS products.
GUI skills & experience.
