A leading provider of network automation software startup, is looking for System Engineers to join our growing team in Rosh Haayin.
The role is offered to motivated technical people who are able to provide enterprise-level support to our global customers. You will diagnose and troubleshoot software and network problems and provide our customers with expert solutions.
System Engineer responsibilities include resolving Software issues, network issues, operating systems issues and using remote sessions to provide on-going support.
In addition, you will be supporting the corporate sales team in demonstrating the software capabilities to prospect.
You will use the company CRM, email and chat applications to give customers prompt responses to discovered problems.
To qualify for this position, you should hold the relevant experience Linux Operating Systems, Networking and Data Security Software.
Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
Following standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Install and Configure the offered software for customers in production or as a proof of concept
Demonstrate the offered software to potential prospects
Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate technical solutions
Ensure all issues are properly logged
Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
Proven work experience as a Support Engineer, Network or Security Operations Engineer
Hands-on experience Linux and Networking
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
Additional certification in Networking, Security Software or Linux is an advantage
