Sr. Sales Operations Manager

Our client, an international leader in IT management solutions is looking to recruit a talented and experienced Sales Operations professional that is passionate about accelerating Sales and Customer Success teams with the tools, data, skills and processes they need to do their best work. 


Reporting to the CFO and working closely with our Executive Team as well as with an array of stakeholders from across the business, you will lead the charge when it comes to finance and business process innovation, management reporting and ownership of SaaS KPI management, systems design, and enablement for our revenue-generating teams.


This is a hands-on role with no current direct reports but has the potential of developing into a management position.


Responsibilities:

  • Act as a dedicated partner to our CFO, VP Sales, VP Customer Success, CGO and the broader Sales and Customer Success leadership teams

  • Manage a Sales Operations roadmap and business requirements to enable our strategic plan

  • Set and supervise business policies across the management team

  • Accelerate our performance and revenue growth by enabling our sales team with insights, planning, forecasting and strategic input on a proactive basis

  • Ensure a high level of data quality

  • KPI alignment across revenue generating teams

  • Deliver the KPI/OKR reporting pack for the company

  • Provide reports, dashboards and other intelligence essential to the Executive team and other stakeholders

  • Assist with attainment planning including sales incentive analysis, segmentation strategy and goal-setting

  • Contribute to a data-driven culture by supporting discussions with data and disseminating best practices

  • Act as a key accelerator to growth by helping teams operate smarter, faster and more effectively

Requirements

  • Undergraduate or graduate in business, statistics, economics or a relevant discipline

  • 4+ years experience as a sales operations professional, preferably in a high-growth technology or SaaS environment

  • Deeply data-driven, naturally curious, and passionate about building data-driven organizations

  • Deep understanding of leading and developing Sales Ops team models and functions, including salesforce management & performance, analytics, forecasting, incentives, sales and territory planning, and comp modelling

  • Ability to negotiate priorities and set expectations with senior-level stakeholders

  • Well acquainted with Salesforce (Certified as Salesforce administrator - advantage)

  • Self-motivated, independent, and deadline-oriented

  • Meticulously organized and task-driven

  • Strong interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communicator

  • English - Highly proficient in spoken and written English
