Senior Product Manager - FoodTech

Our client a really cool data-oriented Food-tech startup is looking for a Senior Product  Manager who’s experienced in driving product strategy, planning, and execution of Saas B2B products.


You’ll be responsible for leading product work, and collaborating closely with UX, R&D, and go-to-market teams. With an in-depth knowledge of the Food Industry, our customers, and technology, you’ll create product strategies consistent with the company’s vision, and translate them into detailed requirements and actionable insights. You’ll also prioritize tasks as needed, and come up with creative new ideas to solve business needs, and Innovate on behalf of our clients.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish a shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution

  • Lead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative products and features, test their performance, and iterate quickly

  • Provide research and analysis on market trends, customer behaviors, and opportunity sizing, to create data-driven business cases for product decisions

  • Effectively present and communicate actionable insights and recommendations to executives, product and business leaders, and cross-functional partners


REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years experience in building B2B Saas products as a product manager or product owner

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Team player, fast learner, and super creative

  • Experience using data to solve business problems

  • Experience as a product manager working with different sets of clients

  • Ability to efficiently manage diverse tasks and collaborate with a variety of teams

  • Approach solving problems through the data-driven methodology

  • Experience leading small, agile teams

  • Coherent writing, wording, and expression in Hebrew and English
