Senior Marketing Analyst

Come work in a dynamic and fascinating environment as the Senior Marketing Operations Analyst of one of Israel’s fastest-growing B2B SaaS unicorns. In this role, you will lead the Marketing analytics domain and work with stakeholders across the globe, reporting to the Sr. Director of Growth Marketing.
What you will do:
Analyze our marketing activities and business results, including outcomes in terms of attribution, marketing pipelines, etc.
Build dashboards and track KPIs using BI tools to improve Marketing’s effectiveness and help us achieve our business goals
Use company’s DBs and BI systems to analyze, draw conclusions, and identify potential gaps or opportunities in Marketing business flows
Communicate key insights and findings to higher management and marketing global teams
Develop strong relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams within the Marketing organization and across the company (Salesforce, BizOps) to create comprehensive conclusions and recommendations
Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve efficiency, clarity and deliver better value to the organization
What you have:
4+ years in a Marketing/ Business/ Data Analyst or similar role
Excellent command of Excel and Google Sheets
Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM
Experience reporting on B2B marketing and sales funnels, lead generation and nurturing, email marketing, sales metrics, and website analytics
Experience in end-to-end analytic work: defining the question, gathering the data, and drawing business-relevant conclusions
Experience working with BI tools (eg. Looker/ Tableau/ others)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
BA/ BSc. in Industrial Eng./ Computer Science/ Economics or other quantitative fields
Online/ mobile/ ad-tech industry experience
Familiarity with R / Python
Experience in a B2B SaaS company
