Our great client, a Tel Aviv-based brain-technology startup is looking for a talented and competitive Sales Director that cares about mental health.
Join them in their mission to make brain health more accessible and affordable. You will be working with a group of brilliant individuals focused on achieving our moonshot vision. Your work will be centered around making sure our product continues to expand and get to the heads of more mental health providers.
Own all plans and strategies for building and optimizing our sales funnels to achieve the company’s sales goals
Land and expand: build the processes for outreach, onboarding, activation, and expansion
Evangelize the product and personally help close the largest deals
Build and manage sales teams
Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Product, and Marketing
Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers
7 years of relevant sales experience including management of SDR and AE functions and a track record of exceeding quota
Extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to coach others on them
Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
Fluent in English
