Sales Development Representative - Health-tech

Our awesome client is a scaling, disruptive mental health startup, and now is looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help them grow the US market.


We’re looking for a bright, energetic, and hungry experienced Sales Development Representative to join their team. This is the ideal role for a talented and experienced candidate with strong communication skills looking to develop their career in sales within a startup technology company.


As an SDR, you need to be motivated, organized and enjoy working with prospective customers and bringing in sales leads.

Whether connecting by phone, email, or other mediums, SDRs are brand ambassadors and make a positive impression on prospective customers. Your goal is to create a great experience by being an expert and consulting with customers to identify their needs and pain points.


Responsibilities

  • Monday to Friday; Flexibility to work during US time-zone working hours

  • Drive lead generation for our Account Managers

  • Research the contact details of relevant decision-makers within target companies

  • Follow up on inbound leads and make contact with decision-makers in those companies

  • Research contacts and target companies to ensure we present a relevant value proposition

  • Engage with potential clients to uncover customer needs, qualify potential opportunities

  • Contact decision makers via email and LinkedIn to present the relevant value proposition

  • Organize and arrange appointments between prospects and customers and Account Managers

  • Document all data on Pipedrive CRM system, and keep it up to date


Qualifications

  • Native English Speaker, flawless written and verbal communication skills- a must!

  • A minimum of 1-year experience in an outbound sales development or other sales role (experience in the Mental Health field a big plus but not a requirement)

  • B2B SaaS SDR experience, exceeding goals at prospecting, ideally to US Markets.

  • Highly organized and conscientious

  • Curious and eager to learn, grow, and give/receive feedback

  • A consultative selling style, built on trust
