Sales Account Executive

A cool startup that has developed Virtual Agents for contact centers, and creating a win-win collaboration between humans and AI, is looking for an experienced Sales Account Executive to join their team.
The candidate should be passionate, highly intelligent, focused and well-organized. The ideal candidate will bring with them a strong background in selling SaaS to both mid-market and enterprise organizations. Experienced in navigating the full sales cycle from qualification through negotiation to close – mostly via web-meetings with quarterly travel within the US.
Essential Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients within our target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs
- Develop relationships with prospective clients
- Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders
- Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed
- Become a subject matter expert on our business products, processes and operations, and remain up-to-date on industry news
- Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales
- Manage pipeline and documentation in SalesForce.com
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience in international enterprise software sales
- Proven track record of consistent over-achievement with commitment to a process driven sales approach
- Excellent business and proposal writing
- High level of organization and the ability to work multiple critical opportunities at once
- Business savvy with a can-do attitude, impeccable integrity, and organizational standards
- Passion for sales and great at attaining meetings both face to face and via web
- Ability to work in a fast-paced sales cycle and dynamic environment
- Native English speaker – Must
- Outstanding communication and people skills – remote, written, and face to face
- Experience with Salesforce.com
- Willing to travel quarterly
