SME Account Manager

Our amazing client in the food-tech industry is looking for an outstanding Account Manager to help better the food industry through data and analytics.
As an SME Account Manager, you will manage and consult with our mid-market clients on an ongoing basis to ensure that the platform helps them to successfully launch new food and beverage products, take them to market, and increase sales.
The ideal candidate has the ability to build strong and lasting relationships, drive retention and expansions of accounts and tell great narratives using data points.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting partnerships with customers, with a commitment to understanding their needs
Solve customer problems and identify best-fit solutions; help customers achieve their goals via phone calls, webinars, and meetings
Provide insights to customers to ensure that they get the most out of the platform, through strong decks and presentations, as well as collaborative sessions.
Serve as the primary contact for the onboarding of new customers and the training of platform end-users
Increase renewal rates, identify and lead upsell opportunities
Analyze customer health metrics, run NPS, and collect valuable customer insights
2+ years of Account Management or Sales experience in a closing role (SaaS preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Native English - Required
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to tell a story and translate data into insightful presentations
Advantage: Experience working with customers in the food industry
Advantage: Working with business technology tools (e.g Salesforce, Hubspot)
